Policies & Procedures

Key policies every family should know.
Hours & Attendance
- Center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Children must be signed in and out by an authorized adult each day.
- Children will not be admitted after 9am without prior approval.
- Please notify the center if your child will be absent.
Health & Illness Policy
- Children must be fever-free (without medication) for 24 hours before returning.
- Children with contagious illnesses will not be admitted.
- Please inform staff of any known allergies or medical conditions.
Safety & Security
- Only individuals listed on the authorized pickup list may collect your child.
- Valid photo ID is required for pickup by anyone not regularly known to staff.
- All visitors must sign in at the front desk.
Behavior & Discipline
- We use positive reinforcement and redirection strategies.
- Physical punishment of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Persistent behavioral concerns will be addressed with parents directly.
Communication
- Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with staff.
- Emergency contacts must be kept current at all times.
- Staff will contact parents immediately in the event of an injury or incident.
Holidays & Closures
- The center observes standard state and federal holidays.
- Advance notice will be given for any unplanned closures.
- Tuition is due regardless of absences or holiday closures.
